We understand that it takes time and energy to decide whether to report and to undertake the task of completing this reporting tool, and that there is often an emotional impact for those reporting. Reporting the behaviour enables the School to signpost you directly to support and, with your consent, take whatever action is appropriate to ensure that you and others within the Guildhall School community are able to work and study in a safe environment.
After you have submitted your report, a relevant staff member will be in touch with you within 5 working days to discuss the next steps.
Your data is important to us. We won't collect or store any information that goes against our privacy policy. Please be assured that your report will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The information you provide will only be shared with specifically trained staff on a need-to-know basis. We will protect your privacy unless there is a serious risk to someone’s safety.
The form will take you around 5-10 minutes to complete, in addition to however long you wish to take to briefly summarise the behaviour you have experienced.
