Our Report + Support Service will be closed from 23 December – 5 January in line with the School’s festive closure. Any reports submitted during this period will be reviewed when we reopen.

For guidance and support during the closure:

  • Visit our support articles for advice and external signposting
  • Current GSMD students and staff can check MyGuildhall for information on out-of-hours support

If you're worried about a staff member, you can check in with them and see how they are, and if they feel comfortable to talk through any concern. However, if you're not sure please contact your Line Manager/Head of Department, reach out to one of our Mental Health First Aiders, access our Employee Assistance Programme or contact your HR Business Partner for further signposting.
