Our Report + Support Service will be closed from 23 December – 5 January in line with the School’s festive closure. Any reports submitted during this period will be reviewed when we reopen.

For guidance and support during the closure:

  • Visit our support articles for advice and external signposting
  • Current GSMD students and staff can check MyGuildhall for information on out-of-hours support

If you are in immediate danger, call 999.

If you are concerned about any aspects of a student’s wellbeing, please complete a Student of Concern form.

Completing the form will enable support staff from Student Services and/or Safeguarding to follow up with the student in the most appropriate and timely manner.
